Roero Acustico

We were gifted a bottle of “Acustico” by a friend in the Roero area who said we might enjoy it.

It’s a screw-cap Nebbiolo from the once-upon-a-time sandy beaches north of Tanaro river (the whole area was underwater for a certain amount of million years 🤓).

Rabel winery is an unplugged, garagiste quartet with huge potential. We love the wines, love the concept, love their approach to the territory.
